— In an action to recover proceeds under a homeowner’s fire insurance policy, the defendant insurer appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Luciano, J.), dated July 25, 1983, as denied that branch of its motion which was for leave to serve an amended answer asserting a counterclaim against plaintiff Mary Krupp.

Order reversed insofar as appealed from, on the law, without costs or disbursements, and defendant’s motion granted in its entirety.
