delivered tlie opinion of the Court.(1) These suits involve the constitutionality of chapter 5, Pub. Acts 1935, Extraordinary Session of the General Assembly of the state of Tennessee, which is entitled:
“An Act to provide revenue for the State by the imposition of privilege taxes and to provide ways and means for the collection of such tax.”
