Appeal is taken from an order of court granting a petition to remove an administratrix and to determine that decedent was a resident of the state of Montana at the time of his death.

Four brothers and sisters of Sam Olson, deceased, filed their petition in this cause, alleging that the administratrix, Mildred M. Olson, widow of the decedent, had falsely represented to the court at the time of the hearing for letters of administration that both decedent and herself were residents of Spokane county at the time of Sam Olson’s death, although, as a matter of fact, both were, and had been for a…
