This is an appeal from a judgment sentencing .the appellant to imprisonment in the State Penitentiary for a period of one year .and adjudging a fine against him in the sum of $100, upon conviction, after a trial by jury, for the offense of seduction. The prosecutrix, Ocie Boyd, testified substantially to the effect that she had kept company with the appellant some three or four years. He began going with her in 1920.
