J. INTRODUCTION
This matter is before the Court pursuant to Defendants’ Motion to Stay Proceedings (docket no. 3) and Plaintiffs’ Motion For Remand and Abstention (docket no. 7).
II. BACKGROUND
This instant action originally commenced in the Iowa District Court for Linn County. In their Petition, Plaintiffs, a group of insurance companies and investment funds, allege they purchased, through their Iowa investment advisor, securities issued by Enron and Enron-sponsored entities.
