MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
The Plaintiffs, John and Nancy Slitz, bring this action against the Defendant, Pyramid Custom Home Corporation of Connecticut, claiming in the First Count of the Revised Complaint dated November 8, 1996, that the parties entered into two separate written agreements on December 12, 1995.
