This appeal arose out of a divorce action but involves only the custody of a five year old child, Appellant, Mary Erlene Crawford, sued appellee, Felton Crawford, on September 4, 1951, for a divorce, custody of a minor daughter, Sandra Sue Crawford, born to their marriage on January 23, 1947, and for a division of community property.
