The indictment in this obstruction of justice case alleges that the defendant, Philip D. Russell (“Russell”), an attorney who specializes in civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts, violated two obstruction of justice statutes by destroying a laptop computer (“Computer”) containing photographs of naked boys and information about the sexual exploitation of children.
