This is an appeal from a temporary injunction, issued to prevent the sale of certain property consisting of a frame ice plant building, a frame gin building, a frame cold storage house, one Frick 20-ton ice machine and apparatus, one underground fuel oil tank, one three-stand Murray gin, with boiler, engine, and gin machinery complete, situated on a tract of land belonging to the St. Louis, Brownsville Mexico Railway Company, in the town of Harlingen, Cameron county, Tex.
