On September 28, 1993, Bobilya Chrysler, Plymouth, Dodge, Inc. (“Bobilya Chrysler”), Plaintiff, filed its COMPLAINT TO DETERMINE DISCHARGEABILITY OF DEBT (“Complaint”) against Rick Douglas Gross (“Gross”), Debtor herein. At the beginning of trial on the Complaint, counsel for Bobilya Chrysler moved orally to amend the pleadings to conform to the evidence.
