Stolz, Judge.

The plaintiffs, a father and his minor son, appeal from the grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants, a concrete products manufacturer and its truck driver, in their action for damages for the 13-year-old minor plaintiffs injuries sustained on the defendant corporation’s premises.
