(after stating the facts as above). I,n this case the question is raised whether or not Woods county as now constituted succeeds to the property of Woods county as it existed under the territory of Oklahoma. This court will take judicial knowledge of the fact that Woods county comprises a certain-portion of said county as it existed under the territory of Oklahoma, and has the same county seat that it had under the territorial form of government.
