BRYANT, Judge.

Plaintiff Tim Mathis appeals from an order granting defendant Dorian M. Jones's motion to dismiss. For the following reasons, we dismiss plaintiff's appeal.

On 1 June 2017, plaintiff filed a complaint against defendant in the trial court alleging tortious interference with contracts, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.
