WATERMAN, Circuit Judge:

This is an appeal from a judgment order of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, Newman, J., dismissing, on the ground that the action was barred by the “borrowed” Connecticut tort statute of limitations, a civil rights action *669brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. We affirm the dismissal of the complaint.
