On the surface this ease appears to touch a sensitive nerve: how the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSH Act), 29 U.S.C. §§ 651-678 (1994), interfaces with the field of ergonomics (the study and design of workplace environments and job tasks and their effects on employee health).
