GIBSON, District Judge.
This is a proceeding for the reorganization of the Pressed Steel Car Company under section 77B of the. Bankruptcy Act (11 U.S.C.A. § 207). Said company (hereinafter for convenience referred to as the company) was incorporated under the laws of New Jersey in 1899. It is engaged in the manufacture, sale, and repair of freight and passenger cars of all types, and the manufacture and sale of miscellaneous car parts and other materials.
