(after stating the facts as above). The two questions involved are validity and infringement.
As to validity we have carefully considered the various contentions of counsel in connection with the evidence bearing thereon, and, independently of the adjudications in other jurisdictions, we have reached the conclusion that the claims are valid. In view of the judicial literature upon this very question already extant, to be found' in the various opinions, it would serve no purpose to present further discussion thereon.
