Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment by D.T., a minor and ninth grade student, represented by her mother and next friend, plaintiff Ms. Latisha Boyd, to recover approximately $14,000 in attorney’s fees under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. § 1415(i)(3)(B). The defendant, Integrated Design & Electronic Academy Public Charter School (“IDEA PCS”), has filed a cross-motion for summary judgment on the attorney’s fees issue.
