11 Bryan L. Kingery (Petitioner) appeals entry of the trial court's order dividing marital property, classifying property and debts as marital or separate, modifying child support, and awarding alimony in lieu of property division in this marital dissolution proceeding. The trial court's classification of certain disputed debts as marital is affirmed. The trial court's order modifying child support and awarding alimony in lieu of property division is reversed and the cause is remanded for further proceedings in accordance with this opinion.…
