The jury in this case returned a general verdict for the plaintiff, together with answers to certain interrogatories which had been propounded to them. The examination as to the merits of this appeal made by the court, as shown by the opinion heretofore filed, does not include more than a consideration of answers to interrogatories, and judgment for the defendant notwithstanding the general verdict was directed thereon.
