Plaintiff has filed this purported class action under the Fair Labor Standards Act and various state wage and hours statutes. This matter is presently before the Court on Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 60). Defendants Papa John’s International, Inc. and Papa John’s USA, Inc. seek dismissal under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.1 For the reasons set forth below, the Court will deny Defendants’ motion as to Plaintiffs claims for the time period including “the last…
