Appellants instituted this suit,in the form of trespass to try title to the lands described in their trial petitions; also pleaded that they have title by the statutes of limitations of 3, 5, and 10 years. Appellees answered by pleas of not guilty, general denial, and by cross-action and plea in reconvention, interpose the statutory form of trespass to try title, and also assert title by virtue of the 5 and 10 year statutes of limitation.
