MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

This is a sexual harassment suit filed by Plaintiff Deborah Brownell against her former employer, Defendant RPS. Jurisdiction in this matter is premised upon Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (hereinafter “Title VII”). Presently before the Court is a dispute between the parties regarding the extent to which Plaintiff may discover written statements that were given by RPS employees to Defendant’s counsel prior to and after the time that Plaintiff was terminated.
