Plaintiff brought this action to enjoin the defendant from violating various provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. The case is before the Court on plaintiff’s motion to produce certain business records, pursuant to Rule 34 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 28 U.S.C. following § 723c, and on defendant’s motion for a more definite statement, pursuant to Rule 12(e).
