Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Hughes, J.H.O.), entered January 7, 2004 in Schoharie County, ordering, inter alia, equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property, upon a decision of the court.

We begin our analysis of this record by rejecting defendant’s argument that there must be a reversal by reason of bias and prejudice demonstrated against him by Supreme Court.
