I. Procedural History
On 2 August 2008, Randall Eugene Cline, Jr. (“Defendant”), was indicted for possession of marijuana, felony manufacturing marijuana, possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia to cultivate, grow, harvest, and produce a controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling for controlled substances.
