This is an action in tort to recover for injuries sustained in an automobile accident, caused, as alleged, by the negligence of the defendant. Trial was by jury, and the verdict was for the plaintiff. The defendant excepted.
The only exception briefed is to the refusal of the trial court to direct a verdict for the defendant.
