Neal T. Rayner and Andrea Rayner (collectively, the Rayners) appeal from the October 31, 2017 order, which granted the motion for post-trial relief filed by Mariana Koziar (Koziar). Upon review, we reverse.

We set forth the following facts based upon the testimony presented at trial. On November 13, 2012, Koziar was working as a house cleaner for the Universal Group 2 and had been assigned to clean the Rayners' home with two co-workers. N.T., 9/26/2017, at 13, 23-24.
