ORDER

Through condemnation proceedings in federal district court, Rockies Express Pipeline (“REX”) acquired the rights-of-way for an underground natural gas pipeline across central Illinois. When the owners of four particular tracts of land impacted by the easements contested the amount of just compensation owed to them by REX, the district court directed the parties to submit evidence on the issue.
