This was a petition in the nature of a bill in equity, filed by the attorney-general in behalf of the State, charging fraud in *595the sale of the Lon Mountain Railroad, praying for an account, and asking for a rescission. The petition is very long, and sets forth with great minuteness, particularity, and detail, the circumstances connected with the sale and transfer of the road, and the transactions which are alleged to be fraudulent.
