This is an application by one of three executors to have determined the effect of the disposition of property contained in the will. The petitioner asks the court to decide whether paragraph sixteenth of the will relates only to the general legatees or whether it relates also to the residuary legatees; whether paragraph sixteenth is to be read with paragraph fourteenth, and, if so read, does it suspend the power of alienation of the real property, or the absolute ownership of the personal property, in violation of the Statute against Perpetuities; and, if so read, does it postpone…
