CRAMER, Justice.

This is a companion case to Fey v. Woods, Tex.Civ.App., 226 S.W.2d 918. Appellees, Dorothy Lou Woods and husband, instituted this suit against S. M. Davis, Chief Juvenile Officer of Dallas County, to review and set aside a former final judgment declaring Claudia Jean Butr ler, a minor, a dependent and neglected child, making her a ward of the court and placing her in the custody of the Chief Juvenile Officer; and, in the alternative, if the minor child be found to be no longer dependent, for custody of the child and for general and special relief.
