OPINION

BISSETT, Justice.

This is an appeal by Peggy Ledesma Rogers from an order of the trial court that dismissed her petition in intervention which she had filed in a pending adoption proceeding. We affirm.

Thomas E. Searle and Lillian Ruth Searle, hereinafter referred to as “the Searles”, filed a petition in Juvenile Court Number Three of Harris County, Texas, to adopt the minor child, Scott Anthony Rogers.
