RALEIGH BROWN, Justice.
The issue for determination is whether a vehicle installment sales contract is in violation of the Texas Consumer Credit Code. 1 Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 5069-2.01 et seq. (Vernon Pamphlet Supp.1979).
Don B. Caskey and Ralph E.
