REINHARD, Judge.

This is an appeal from a circuit court judgment reviving a 1976 magistrate court judgment. We affirm.

On January 8, 1976, plaintiff obtained a default judgment for |484.00 plus costs against defendant in the Magistrate Court of the City of St. Louis. In November of 1981, plaintiff filed a petition to revive the 1976 magistrate judgment by writ of scire facias. The Associate Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis revived the judgment.
