ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT WITH ARTHUR ANDERSEN LLP AND GRANTING ATTORNEYS’ FEES
MIDDLEBROOKS, District Judge.
THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon the proposed settlement with Arthur Andersen LLP and the plaintiffs’ counsel’s application for an award of attorneys’ fees and reimbursement of expenses. 1 The Court has reviewed the extensive record and is advised in the premises. A final settlement fairness hearing was held in West Palm Beach, Florida, on November 27, 2001. Because the Court finds the proposed settlement to be fair, adequate, and reasonable, the settlement shall be approved.…
