¶ 1. This is a review of an unpublished opinion and order of the court of appeals1 issued by one judge pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 752.31(2) and (3) (2009-10).2
¶ 2. Jeffery G. Sutton, the defendant, was convicted (at a bench trial) of misdemeanor retail theft pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 943.50(lm)(b) and (4)(a) in the circuit court for Milwaukee County, Dominic S. Amato, Judge. The court of appeals affirmed the misdemeanor conviction.
