Each error assigned has been reviewed and the following disposition is made: This case involves two appeals from the Summit County Probate Court. Appellant, George A. Horton, Jr. ("Mr. Horton") has appealed from an order of the Summit County Probate Court finding him unsuitable to serve as executor of his mother's estate and appointing a third party.
