Petitioner James Lee Morrow appeals from a judgment entered in the District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri 1 denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner was convicted of robbery in the first degree with a dangerous and deadly weapon in the Circuit Court for the City of St. Louis and sentenced to thirty-five years imprisonment.
