OPINION

CADENA, Chief Justice.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), on a bail bond forfeiture with Marvin Miller as surety and Jose Bu-garin Lopez as principal. In six grounds of error, appellant Marvin Miller alleges the trial court erred in granting the motion. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
