The present appeal is a sequel to Smith v. Farmers’ State Bank of Alto Pass, 390 Ill. 374. The plaintiffs, Herman E. and Gussie Smith, filed a complaint in the circuit court of Union county against the defendants, the Farmers’ State Bank of Alto Pass, its president, A. D. Landreth, and Claude and Lanita Messamore.
