Herbert Williams appeals from a conviction of stealing a hog of Gny Williams. It is insisted by his assignments of error that the. corpus delicti was not established, and that he was convicted upon an alleged confession illegally obtained..Gny Williams, the prosecutor, had six hogs of an average weight of 250 pounds in a certain pasture.
