OPINION
LOMMEN, Judge.
Appellant Dale Ailport was convicted of possession of a schedule I controlled substance (LSD) with intent to distribute, receiving stolen property, and possession of a stun gun by a felon, in violation of Minn. Stat. §§ 152.09, subd. 1(1), 152.15, subd. 1(2) (1984); Minn.Stat. § 609.53, subd. 1(1) (1984); and Minn.Stat. §§ 624.731, subd. 3(b) and 624.713, subd. 1(b) (1984 and Supp. 1985).
