—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Plug, J.), rendered January 31, 1996, convicting him of murder in the second degree (two counts) and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and sentencing him to consecutive indeterminate terms of 20 years to life imprisonment under count one charging murder in the second degree, 25 years to life imprisonment under count three charging murder in the second degree, and 3 to 9 years imprisonment for criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
