The People v. Nelson

This is a writ of error sued out of this court to review a judgment of the circuit court of Knox County. Plaintiff in error, Henry Nelson, who appears pro se, was convicted in 1947 in the circuit court of Knox County of the crime of larceny. He was tried by a jury, found guilty and sentenced, to imprisonment in the penitentiary for a term of not less than four nor more than seven years.
