Plaintiffs Mohammed Nabi and Rifat Rizvi bring this action on behalf of themselves and others similarly situated (collectively, the “Plaintiffs”) against Hudson Group (HG) Retail, LLC and Airport Management Services, LLC (collectively, the “Defendants” or “Hudson”), alleging violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (“FLSA”) and the New York Labor Law (“NYLL”).
