CIRILLO, President Judge.

Allegheny County Department of Mental Health/Mental Retardation/Drug and Alcohol Abuse (“MH/MR”) appeals from an order of the juvenile court denying MH/MR’s petition for involuntary civil commitment under Section 4406 of the Mental Health and Mental Retardation Act of 1966 (“MH/MR Act”) 1 and directing MH/MR to provide residential placement for a dependent juvenile who is also mentally retarded and mentally ill, pursuant to Section 6357 of the Juvenile Act. 2 See 42 Pa.C.S. § 6357. We affirm.
