Defendant Susan Mateo is charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances (heroin, fentanyl, and oxycodone) in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a), 841(b)(1)(B), 841(b)(1)(C), and 846, distribution of controlled substances in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a) and 841(b)(1)(C), and a money laundering conspiracy in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(h).
