Plaintiff sued to restrain defendants from carrying out a conspiracy to cut off entirely plaintiff’s supply of garments manufactured by defendants Siegel and Leeds and thus eliminate plaintiff’s competition in such merchandise with defendant Orbach’s, Inc.
