This action was brought by plaintiff to recover upon an accident insurance policy issued by the defendant upon the life of plaintiff’s son, Rulon R. Parker. The policy was issued March 23, 1929, and the first annual premium paid. The insured did not pay the second annual premium, which became due on the 23d of March, 1930'.
